1. Data controller
The data controller is Marco Greco, contactable through the contact form available on this site.
2. What data is collected
When you use the contact form on this site, the following personal data is collected: name, email address, and the content of your message (including an optional subject). No other personal data is collected automatically: this site does not use tracking or profiling cookies, and does not include analytics scripts.
3. Purpose and legal basis
The data is processed solely to respond to your request (e.g. a job opportunity, collaboration, or question about a project). The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the checkbox before submitting the form, and/or the legitimate interest in responding to messages you voluntarily send.
4. How the data is processed
Submitted data is sent by email using Resend (resend.com), an email delivery service that acts as a data processor on behalf of the data controller. Resend may process data on servers located outside the European Union; the provider states it adopts appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses, for international data transfers.
5. Data retention
Messages are retained only for as long as necessary to handle your request and, subsequently, for the time needed to comply with any legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see section 6).
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing. You can exercise these rights by using the contact form on this site. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).
7. Cookies and local storage
This site uses browser localStorage only to remember your language preference (English/Italian). This is a strictly functional storage, not used for tracking or profiling, and does not require consent under applicable cookie regulations.
